About Chef Amy Filipoff:
I started working in the wedding catering bussiness way back in high school as a catering hall waitress and the love of working with weddings has stuck with me ever since. My experience with catering, cakes & weddings has been quite diverse over the past 19 years, working as a waitress, catering staff manager, cook, pastry chef and cake decorator. I have seen and executed weddings and large parties both in the front of house and behind the scenes. After working several years for other caterers I decided it was time to go into business for myself. In 2007 I opened my own custom catering company specializing in off site weddings. We offered full service weddings including planning, waitstaff, food, cakes & party rentals. With a job change for my husband my family is now moving to Greensboro and I am looking forward to sharing my talents with a new customer base. I will start my bussiness in Greensboro only offering Cakes, Candies & Pastries, which is my true love and look forward to creating a dream cake for you.
